Sue Ann Hamilton
Sue Ann Hamilton is founder and principal of Hamilton Media LLC, which advises and represents major and emerging media and technology companies. Sue Ann has served as EVP - Distribution and Business Development for Network Holdings LLC (Mark Cuban Companies); EVP Programming for Charter Communications; VP, Programnind at AT&T Broadband LLC/Tele-Communications, Inc.; and partner at Chicago-based law firm Kirkland & Ellis, specializing in complex commercial transactions. Sue Ann serves as an independent director of GCI Liberty, Inc. (GLIBA) and formerly as an independent director of FTD Companies, Inc. (FTDCQ). Sue Ann, as representative of Mark Cuban Companies/ Radical Ventures, has been a board observer since 2012 for Philo, Inc., a privately held technology company.
Sue Ann graduated magna cum laude with a BA from Carleton College and earned a JD from Stanford Law School.
