Biography

Edward Zinser, a financial consultant, served as EVP and CFO of United Online, Inc. (Nasdaq:UNTD) a provider of consumer services and products over the internet; CFO of Boingo Wireless, a leading Wi-Fi software and services provider; EVP and CFO of THQ, Inc., a worldwide publisher of interactive entertainment software; EVP and CFO of Vivendi Universal Games, a global publisher of entertainment and education software; president and COO of Styleclick, Inc., an e-commerce provider; SVP and CFO of Internet Shopping Network LLC, an e-commerce marketplace platform; EVP and CFO of Chromium Graphics, Inc., a provider of specialized printing services and products, and in various senior financial positions with The Walt Disney Company.

Edward earned a BS from Fairfield University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
